CUIMC Human Resources and the Department of Public Safety have partnered with the Shotokan Karate Club and invites faculty, staff, and students to participate in a free Self-Defense Class. This interactive session will provide practical skills and strategies to enhance personal safety, including situational awareness, street smarts, safe commuting practices, and basic self-defense techniques.

Whether you are looking to build confidence, increase preparedness, or learn new safety skills, this class offers valuable tools for navigating everyday situations both on and off campus.
